MD - James Pritchard
After graduating from Bristol Business School in 1994 James commenced work in derivative trading for Citi Group where he learnt the hard nose reality of the financial world.

After 3 years at Citi Group he decided to try his hand in recruitment and joined a recruitment company where he became the head of the London office. He started JPA in December 1998.

James was made Chairman of the REC London Regions Ltd in 2005 marking his commitment to recruitment and quality.

He now has three daughters Imogen, Georgiana and Octavia. James now divides his time between his business, his busy family life, sailing and golf.

Director, Asia Pacific - Robin Clarke
After graduating in Business and Media, Robin moved into Graduate recruitment before joining JPA in 2004.

Robin specialised in placing Graduates and experienced consultants into Corporate Sales and Recruitment roles.

In 2007 Robin set up JPA Asia Pacific, based in Sydney where JPA specialise in aiding experienced Recruitment Consultants relocate from the UK to all locations in Australia and from Australia to the UK.

Within Australia Robin assists domestic based candidates ranging from graduates to senior level candidates move within the Contingency and Search markets.

Robin spends his time playing and watching football, skiing, surfing and running.

Sarah Brown
Manager JPA Graduate
After graduating in Business & Finance in 1997, Sarah soon started her career within the recruitment industry where she has since remained.

Sarah joined the JPA team in August 2008 after spending over 10 years working in the industry. She has previously managed branches of Hays and Adecco recruiting within many different industry sectors including Sales & Marketing.

In her present position at JPA, Sarah heads up the Graduate Recruitment division. As well as managing a team she also works with many clients across London and the UK who are looking to attract the best talent.

Our graduate division attracts candidates across all industry sectors eager for us to help head start their careers.

Sarah spends her time, Exploring new cities, going to the Gym and Cycling.

Dennis Howes
Manager, Flexworks and JPA London
After Graduating from University of Sussex with a History Degree, Dennis worked in a number of roles including Bar Management and a stint as a chef. It was during his time managing a busy restaurant he discovered his true passion to be sales.

Dennis spent 3 years selling pensions and investment bonds for Prudential before embarking on a recruitment career which has seen him move from reed accountancy to Flexworks a brand of JPA.

Dennis has developed Flexworks into the premier recruiter for Membership based organizations and is able to work across multiple disciplines in both temporary and permanent recruitment. Dennis continues to recruit himself as well as performance direct the team.

Dennis is married and a proud father. His other main passions include cooking, watching football and boxing and following a variety of music genres.

Divisional Directors
Neil Connor
Divisional Director - London
Neil cut his teeth in recruitment running a very successful temp desk at Reed Accountancy. After 2 years was headhunted to work in the city recruiting for Financial Institutions. After 6 years of recruiting in the City within the same group he was managing he newly qualified team at Michael Page City.

Neil then moved to Nigel Lynn (now Morgan McKinley) into a L&D role gaining the CTP Qualification in Training. Neil played a significant role in the Management Development and talent management strategy which contributed to the success of Nigel Lynn having been acquired for £1 (plus depts.)in 2004, in just over 2 years having paid off all its dept it was sold for 6 millions Euros.

Neil then set up an L&D department at RGB Network, was quickly promoted to Senior Manager then Operations Director. During 2009 Neil was fortunate enough to take a year off travelling around the world and has now returned as Regional Director at JPA.
