MD - James Pritchard
After graduating from Bristol Business School in 1994 James commenced work in derivative trading for Citi Group where he learnt the hard nose reality of the financial world.

After 3 years at Citi Group he decided to try his hand in recruitment and joined a recruitment company where he became the head of the London office. He started JPA in December 1998.

James was made Chairman of the REC London Regions Ltd in 2005 marking his commitment to recruitment and quality.

He now has three daughters Imogen, Georgiana and Octavia. James now divides his time between his business, his busy family life, sailing and golf.

Director, Asia Pacific - Robin Clarke
After graduating in Business and Media, Robin moved into Graduate recruitment before joining JPA in 2004.

Robin specialised in placing Graduates and experienced consultants into Corporate Sales and Recruitment roles.

In 2007 Robin set up JPA Asia Pacific, based in Sydney where JPA specialise in aiding experienced Recruitment Consultants relocate from the UK to all locations in Australia and from Australia to the UK.

Within Australia Robin assists domestic based candidates ranging from graduates to senior level candidates move within the Contingency and Search markets.

Robin spends his time playing and watching football, skiing, surfing and running.

Tim Watts
Chairman Pertemps
Tim Watts joined his family business in 1970, initially opening Pertemp's second office in Wolverhampton whilst his mother, Constance Watts, continued to run the existing office in Temple Street, Birmingham.

Over the next 20 years, he expanded Pertemps both geographically throughout the Midlands, London, Manchester and Bristol and divisionally by the introduction of technical and industrial services.

By 2002 Pertemps' turnover had grown to in excess of £400 million.

Mr Watts actively supports education, the arts, sport and charities and is the governor and trustee of numerous institutions including the first ever City College of Technology in Birmingham and the Chairman of the fundraising committee for the Birmingham Foundation.
