The JPA Difference

JPA sources candidates from throughout the UK. Our main sources are:

  • Paper-based advertising: Times, Guardian, Evening Standard, Independent, Hobsons, Prospects Directory, Real World and other student publications.
  • Internet advertising: Jobsite, Reed, Jobs.co.uk, Workthing, Milkround, Stepstone, Gradunet, Big Choice, Revolver and other trials.
  • Graduate recruitment fairs: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and most major university milk rounds. JPA also sponsors Southampton and Exeter Universities.
  • Referrals: Names referred from previously placed candidates.
  • Client paid advertising: JPA Executive runs client paid advertisements in a variety of specific media dependent upon position. A senior level head hunting team also networks in specific areas.

Hours of Availability

JPA is available in the office between 08:00-19:00 each weekday and at any other times if necessary on consultant’s mobiles.

Understanding your Business

JPA will visit clients on a regular basis in order to learn the structure and roles within the company. We suggest that the account manager assigned to a client spends time with them ‘on the job’ in order to gain a real insight into the role(s) that need to be filled. Matching the right candidates to the right jobs is our speciality - resulting in you saving time and money from wasted interviews.

What JPA Requires from its Client

JPA would request swift responses to messages and emails left. Good candidates are a rare commodity and do not stay on the market for very long. We would also ask that you inform JPA of new details that may be of relevance and projections for future recruitment needs.
