JPA Search - The Process
- Consultation
During a detailed discussion, we ascertain the requirements of the position, the company’s goals and corporate culture, the environment, competition and all other issues relevant to the search.
- Research/Interviews
We put together a target list of companies to research and a campaign schedule. We will then identify the industry sectors and companies in which appropriate candidates are most likely to be found. We then source and approach and interview candidates.
- Shortlist Report
If retained a full report is submitted containing a detailed CV and personal assessment (set against the main specified requirements), however, the majority of the time due to the contingency nature of our searches we shall submit candidates on a “drip-feed” basis.
- First interviews with client.
- Client/Candidate evaluation
Immediately following interview we contact both client and candidates and update each on the respective reactions. At this stage, where relevant, further interviews are arranged.
- Negotiation of the Offer
Where necessary we act as an intermediary in the sensitive area of negotiating the successful candidate’s package.
