Our promise to you:
As a candidate we will keep you informed on a regular basis of roles that might be suitable and will never put you forward for a role as a 'quick fix' as it benefits no-one. We tend to have an initial chat on the phone and then arrange an interview to get a feel for the most appropriate firms in terms of personality fit as well as experience; all firms tend to have their 'types' of individuals working for them, and we never put CV's forward without the consent of an individual.
In addition to referrals and direct contact from you, we also headhunt possible candidates. Researchers/consultants within executive search are extremely good at finding people for the assignments they are working on but we find are not so good at proactively looking for a new role for themselves. In this competitive market a good researcher/consultant can get a hefty hike in salary as well as more responsibility by moving companies.
Finally, if it is merely advice on the marketplace or perhaps advice on what salary/bonus you should be receiving we are also more than happy to provide this information.
